Terms of Service

By booking with Strategic Mobile Auto Detailing (“we”/“us”), you agree to these terms.

Services & Access

  • We perform mobile detailing at the customer’s location within our service area.
  • Customer must provide safe access and remove personal items from the vehicle.

Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is based on package and vehicle size/condition; final price may vary.
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure an appointment; applied to the final balance.
  • Remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of services via card or cash, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scheduling, Reschedules & No-Shows

  • Reschedule free with at least 24 hours notice.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
  • No-shows will be charged the full service balance.

Liability & Claims

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items left in the vehicle, or valuables/personal belongings.
  • Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of completion.

Photos

With your permission, before/after photos may be used for marketing.
